All you need is a Mat, these offerings are designed to not over complicate the movement - using body weight to load.
How do I join a session?
You can book directly through our Movement page or join an upcoming event.
Where are sessions held?
Most sessions and events take place around Cape Town. Details are shared when you book or sign up.
What is the fitness level to join?
This community is open to everyone. Each event and adventure will have a scale from 1-10 with an intensity measurement. Listen to your body and show up were you are at.
